One way to see fast weight loss is to detoxify your body. When you have decided to start your diet, designate the first week to detoxing by only consuming fresh foods. Don’t eat anything that has to be cooked, baked or steamed. Drink lots of water and add several glasses to your diet every day. This will completely rid your body of toxins. Don’t be surprised if you sweat a lot and feel weak for a few days. This is completely normal. After that week is over, begin to introduced healthy cooked foods and proteins into your diet every day. Continue drinking lots of water. If you weigh yourself at the end of the second week, you will have lost weight and you will hopefully have enough determination to stay healthy.
